To select packs, go to tatasky.com/wps/portal and click.
Enter your registered mobile number or Tata Sky subscriber ID. Verify the OTP. Selecting “View” will show all of the channel packs to which you are currently subscribed after “Your Pack” has appeared.
By clicking on the box, a new window will open, allowing you to modify a pack by adding or removing channels.
By clicking the “+” sign, you can add categories.
Select your preferred option and click the confirm button.
Contact: The process is similar to the mobile app. You can also call or text the customer care department to add or remove channels (1800-208-6633).
To change Tata sky registered mobile number
To register or log in, go to https://www.mytatasky.com/web/portal, which is the website for MyTataSky.
Select the Profile tab by going to My Account.
You can view the registered mobile number and backup number in this area.
Click “Edit Profile” and input a new number to modify the recorded cellphone number.
Click “Save” to enter the new mobile number. Following the modification of the registered mobile number, SMS-based transactions will be sent to the new number.
