To Apply Online for Ayushman Bharat Card 2023
- Visit pmjay.gov.in and select the “Am I Eligible.” option.
- Enter your Aadhar Number and the OTP.
- The Online Application Link will appear.
- Now, Provide your Personal and Family Details, including your Name, Address, and other requested information.
- Submit the form.
- The ABHA Card Number will appear on your Screen.
- Applications for members of your family will become verified over the next few days.
